Shipping Policy

Once your order is received, we try our best to get your order out the door and shipped within 24 hours from time of order confirmation. Usually shipping will be same business-day. Though, this period does not include weekends only Monday – Friday.
Your purchase is mailed through our reliable shipping network made up of various 3PL providers.
To optimize your savings, we recommend purchasing in bulk.
For Wholesale purchases, all shipping costs, no matter the size, is to be paid in full by Customer. Also, we ship B2B wholesale across the domestic USA market.
Shipping range
We are constantly expanding our shipping network. We currently offer service throughout most of the United States, use are widget app at checkout to see if you are eligible for delivery . 
International Shipping
We do not ship retail merchandise internationally.
We DO ship wholesale purchases internationally at customer’s expense. Therefore, if a customer purchases wholesale from us, we will use the shipper of their choice. It must be a business-to-business transaction.
Please fill out form on WHOLESALE page on our website and explicitly markdown that it is an international Inquiry.
Please be aware you will have to provide proof of shipment outside USA post-purchase. Proof would be either B/L or AWB. Once purchased products are handed over to shipper of Customer’s choice for exporting, the products are no longer the responsibility of WeDeliverVapes.com.
No returns on International Sales.

In accordance with federal jurisdiction and laws, all purchases of vapes or other tobacco products will require the use of Adult Signature Confirmation (21+) upon delivery of packages. Please be aware if you make an account with us and provide your US driver license or US approved ID, you can expedite this process. Adult signatures service requires an additional charge and rates will be reflected during checkout process. Another way to expedite the process is to have your vapes and tobacco products shipped to a business address, if convenient for you.
Shipping Timelines
We process order between 10:00 am EST – 8:00 pm EST on Monday to Friday. Once your order is received, we try our best to get your order out the door and shipped within the same day from time of order confirmation.  Though, this period does not include weekends only Monday – Friday (excluding holidays & bank holidays).
Note: During busy holiday seasons or a surge of sales, processing can take up to a few hours with delivery time up to extending to the next business-day.
Lost & Undelivered Packages
Lost & Undelivered packages are not the responsibility of WeDeliveredVapes.com, and any issues arising from packages not received is between the customer and shipping service provider. WeDeliveredVapes.com tries our utmost to ensure that this situation do not occur and are willing to but not required to help resolve these issues by contacting shipping service on our end. Any packages that are shown as delivered to the third-party shipping services is NOT the responsibility of WeDeliverVapes.com.
Please note that erroneous and/or incomplete address submissions inputted by the user will cause delays, returns, and other issues that will impact the successful shipping of your order. WeDeliverVapes.com is not responsible for any costs associated with erroneous and incorrect address submissions inputted by the user.
Returns
We only do returns for damaged or defective products.
We only process returns within 24 hours of delivery of your purchase, Customers must send us a detailed email listing issue with order and video or/and pictures of issue. Once we respond to the customer’s request, the customer must ship the products back to us at his/her own expense. Furthermore, we will process the return after our team has confirmed damages to product are due to manufacturing. We do not accept returns for damages done by 3rd party shipping service provider (please see Lost & Undelivered Packages section). Usually, the turn around after we receive the product is 5-7 days.
Please be aware the customer will not be monetarily refunded, but you will be able to replace your purchased items with same or equal value products with store credit.
